Content standards and prohibited categories
Do not generate pornography or other NSFW material, including non-consensual sexual content; violent, graphic or gore content, or content glorifying serious harm; or hate speech, hateful incitement or attacks on protected groups.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualisation of minors and any other child-unsafe content are strictly prohibited. Do not create deepfakes, impersonation, fraud or deceptive depictions of real people without consent. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, publicity, privacy or other rights.
Malware, unlawful transactions and attempts to bypass safety controls are also prohibited. Do not copy film characters, brand logos, a living artist's identifiable style or protected work without permission, or claim the output automatically carries commercial rights.
Platform moderation and enforcement
Before generation, the service applies local keyword and rules scanning, account and IP rate limits, Turnstile verification, and ApiMart or upstream-model safety review. High-risk, indeterminate or moderation-unavailable requests fail closed; reserved paid credits are released.
We may block prompts, refuse or remove results, suspend or terminate accounts, and retain records needed for safety, complaints and payment audits. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent denial of service and cooperation with authorities where legally required.
Reporting, complaints and appeals
Anyone may report a specific page or generation task by emailing [email protected]. Include the URL or task reference, the issue category and necessary evidence. Do not attach identity documents, private works or sensitive source images in your first message.
False-positive appeals are reviewed against the prompt, moderation record and necessary evidence. Confirmed violations are restricted or removed and recorded; confirmed mistakes result in restoration of access or credits where possible.
Underlying model disclosure
Image generation uses Nano Banana and Nano Banana 2 through ApiMart. Video generation uses Doubao Seedance 2.0. Before submission, the studio displays the current model, resolution, duration and credit cost.
Model availability may change with suppliers. When models are replaced or added, the generation interface identifies the models available for that request, and the relevant providers process prompts, reference images and generation settings under their own policies.
